A reduction in the daily intake of fat and an increase in dietary fibre, combined with moderate exercise, can decrease the chances of chronic disease, helping to achieve and maintain good health.

Thompson’s Fat Blocker is a natural product that may help to reduce fat absorption in the body. Fat Blocker contains extra strength 500mg Chitosan (pronounced kite-o-san). Chitosan is an aminopolysaccharide derived from ‘chitin’ found in plankton and the exoskeleton (shells) of crustaceans such as shrimp, lobster and crab.

Chitosan is processed to create a fibre that may bind with fat, triglycerides and cholesterol in the digestive tract. This binding of fat and cholesterol molecules to Chitosan may prevent them from being absorbed into the bloodstream, allowing them to be eliminated via the bowel.

Fat Blocker also contains Vitamin C, acknowledged as the most important nutrient for increasing the effectiveness of Chitosan. Chitosan is a safe natural substance, biodegradable and environmentally biocompatible.

Directions
Adults- Take one to two capsules (with water) before meals, up to three times daily or as professionally prescribed.
